TURSAM GALVANİZ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., our primary objective is to conduct our operations in an environmentally conscious, sustainable, and legally compliant manner, leveraging our extensive experience in the field of hot-dip galvanizing.
The efficient use of natural resources, environmental protection, and the mitigation of our environmental impacts are among our core priorities.
To continuously improve our environmental performance and keep the environmental impacts of all our activities under control, we commit to:❖ Identifying the environmental aspects and impacts arising from our operations and ensuring the prevention of environmental pollution.
❖ Fully complying with applicable national and international environmental legislation, legal obligations, and other compliance requirements.
❖ Conducting continuous improvement activities to reduce consumption by ensuring the efficient use of energy, electricity, natural gas, water, and other natural resources.
❖ Reducing waste generation at the source and contributing to the conservation of natural resources by increasing recycling and recovery activities.
❖ Keeping environmental risks under control by ensuring the safe management of chemical substances.
❖ Evaluating environmental risks and opportunities, implementing necessary preventive actions, and continuously improving environmental performance.
❖ Providing regular training to raise our employees’ environmental awareness, ensuring their participation in environmental management system activities, and evaluating their suggestions.
❖ Regularly monitoring environmental objectives, evaluating performance results, and supporting sustainable development.
❖ Effectively implementing the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, ensuring the system’s continuity, and enhancing our environmental performance through a culture of continuous improvement.
